While most scholarships are primarily based on financial need, some of the named scholarships include a merit component or have specific criteria set by the donor.

| Award amounts range from $10,000–$30,000 for those who qualify and based on funds available (amounts can sometimes be higher in certain circumstances). Of those who apply, about half receive a need-based scholarship and the average award is approximately $20,000. |

| To be considered for this education award, you must first enroll in the MBA degree program at Columbia Business School. Once admitted, you will automatically be considered for this scholarship.
Admission Requirements: To gain admission to the MBA degree program, applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution. Candidates should also review the school’s specific entry requirements. Supporting Documents: Applicants must provide transcripts for all undergraduate and graduate coursework, submit self-reported GMAT, executive assessment, or GRE scores, complete one short answer question and three essays, and provide two recommendations.
