If you have an ACT score of 30 and higher or SAT (combined reading/ math) score of 1320+ and a high school grade point average of at least 3.8/4.0 scale you will be considered for this prestigious award. 2023 Merit Scholarships Shawnee Scholar Award are now accepting applications. These scholarships, which are highly competitive, are intended for international students who wish to pursue an undergraduate program at Shawnee State University. Shawnee State University, a public institution established in 1986, is one of Ohio’s newer universities. It is situated in Scioto County, along the banks of the Ohio River, within the city of Portsmouth.
