International Trent Undergraduate Scholarships and Awards in Canada

University entrance scholarships, which are granted based on academic
excellence. The scholarships’ values range from $1,000 to $3,000 and are
not renewable. The final average is calculated based on academic
subjects exclusively

Eligibility criteria

• All students applying to Trent are automatically considered for Trent University Entrance Scholarships, awarded for academic excellence
• You must be an international student who will be studying in Canada on a study permit.
• You must have applied to an undergraduate degree program at Trent University for the Fall 2023 intake.
• You must meet Trent University’s admission requirements, including general and degree-specific requirements and the English Language Admission Standard.
• You must demonstrate superior academic achievement (“A average or equivalent standard).
• You must have demonstrated leadership through community service or
  excellence in the arts, sports, or other areas of individual
  achievement.
• You must upload two letters of recommendation.
• You must complete and submit the online Trent International
  Scholarships & Awards application by February 15, 2023 at
  11:59:59pm, Eastern Time, on your MyTrent portal.

• Supporting Documents: Applicants should provide a high school transcript, either in progress or, if completed, the final transcript. Normally, an in-progress transcript must include Grade 12, 1st term results.
• Admission Requirements: Students must meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 70% average
• Each applicant is individually assessed to meet the English Language Proficiency requirement.
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in both spoken and written English is crucial for success at Trent. All students must demonstrate a command of English sufficient to meet the demands of classroom instruction, written assignments, and participation in tutorials and discussions
